Limited Warranty Policy

We stand by our products and our ultimate goal is to ensure every customer is a satisfied customer. If you have purchased a product with 6 months and/or 12 months warranty, it will cover software concerns and select spare parts needed to solve manufacturing defects that may arise during the warranty period.


The process to request for warranty from the distributor (email: info@urbanhubonline.com):
1) Please email a 30 seconds video of the fault
2) Please email SN Number mentioned on the product
3) Please email a clear image of the receipt of purchase (Date of purchase, Product Name, and Warranty must be visible)

Once the email is received, the distributor will send the information to Petkit's technical team in Asia. The technical team will first offer troubleshooting solutions to fix the default and might request more information. If in case, the default cannot be fixed with troubleshooting solutions, Petkit will offer a permanent solution in terms of selected spare parts.

As we currently don't have a technical department present in the Middle East, only the spare parts will be covered under warranty for hardware concerns, whereas, the client is responsible to find a technician for repairs.

Please note, the process to solve and confirm warranty concerns usually takes approximately 15 business days (or more). We will appreciate your patience while we try to solve the concern and find a beneficial solution.
